WHAT INFORMATION IS BEING COLLECTED?
From the contact form I normally collect your name, email address, and phone number in order to respond to your enquiry.
During booking, I also collect the names and ages of the participants of the photo session are collected in the name of legitimate interest; in order for me to effectively plan your session and give direction to those participating.
Addresses are collected for invoicing and print delivery purposes. Your address will never be used for marketing or shared with any ther third party other than those unvoled in print delivery (courier, print lab).

Your data is collected simply so I can respond to your enquiry, plan your session, and invoice you for any purchases made after your session has taken place.
We may disclose your relevant personal information to assist us in providing the service we offer, processing transactions, fulfilling requests for information, receiving and sending communications, providing support service and other tasks from time to time. Beth Sutton Photography and our contractors and service providers will only use your information to the extend necessary to perform their functions. You can opt in to allow me to use images of yourself for marketing/portfolio on a separate form, provided upon booking.
